Roma head coach criticized his team for the defeat
On Matchday 21 of the Italian championship Roma were leading 3-1 against Juventus but conceded three goals in the last 20 minutes and lost 3-4.
Roma coach Jose Mourinho commented on the defeat.
“It was 70 minutes of total control… We acted very well for 70 minutes, but afterwards there was a psychological collapse. When you’re in a puddle, you have to stand up and show what you’re made of, but here in the locker room, there are people who are a little too nice, a little too weak.
For 70 minutes, we put on a performance that is also a product of our talent, but players often lack individuality in how they manage their emotions. I told the players after the Milan defeat that they need to have a mentality more like mine,” Mourinho said.
