The Georgia State Wheelchair Tennis Championships marks the first fall tournament on the road for Alabama. After a full day of play, Alabama ends with a 5-5 record. Win’s were earned from Maude Jacques and Lauren Haneke-Hopps who went undefeated on the day in singles and doubles.
Day two ended with Alabama fighting in both the singles and doubles championships of the Men’s B Divisions. Maude Jacques fell in the singles 3-6, 4-6 but rallied to win the doubles final with partner Haneke-Hopps! Roll Tide! Alex Saporito won the consolation singles over teammate Sean Burns to finish the tournament for the Tide.
