Bama Men Claim SEC Wins at Auburn

This weekend the Crimson Tide men traveled to Auburn, Alabama for four SEC games. The Tide had two double headers against Missouri and Auburn on Friday and Saturday.
The first game on Friday was against the University of Missouri. Alabama came out a little slow offensively, but their defense was ferocious. In the second half, Bama was able to find some rhythm offensively, while their defense continued to impress, only allowing thirteen second half points. Alabama wins 49-33. In game number two, Alabama faced the home team, Auburn. Alabama pulled ahead late in the first half and never looked back. The Tide was able to work on some different lineups and get everyone involved. The final score Alabama 70, Auburn 38.
The third game of the weekend was another matchup against Missouri on Saturday morning. The men looked like a well-oiled machine on both ends of the court. The offense had great flow and the defense was dominant. Alabama with the big win, 64-40.
The final game of the weekend was against Auburn on Saturday afternoon. It was hard to tell that this was the forth game in less than twenty four hours. Alabama again came out with a lot of energy on both ends of the court. The Tide with another huge team win, 62-28.
The Alabama men played great team basketball all weekend long. The energy on the floor and the bench was palpable. Alabama continues to get better everyday. The men will get back to work this week.
